Milton Brasserie is owned by Jay Emmerson who has created a warm and welcoming family environment, which extends to our customers and to the Milton Brasserie team.
Serving a range of dining options, whether it’s lunch in the restaurant, tea and scones in the conservatory, a coffee to go from our takeaway lobby or you’re hosting a private event, our team of dedicated chefs are here to cater for all occasions.
Our menus are created with passion and love by Head Chef Duncan McBain, focusing on locally sourced produce and fresh ingredients from the finest food suppliers, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

At Milton Brasserie we have a room for every occasion!
Our Brasserie is split into three rooms, creating a unique dining experience. From small get togethers or large group private functions, we’re sure we can accommodate your needs.
Whether you need an intimate setting for a small group or a lively private booking for 100 people, our Brasserie can accommodate everyone’s needs!
The Restaurant
- Mon-Fri:12pm -3pm
The restaurant serves as the beating heart of the brasserie and offers a relaxed and friendly dining setting.
Our A La Carte lunch menu consists of a wide range of dishes with traditional Scottish elements throughout.
The Conservatory
- Mon - Sun :9.30-4pm
Our fantastic conservatory coffee shop has a well deserved reputation for serving the best coffees and home bakes in Royal Deeside. Our famous scones and cakes are baked daily by our own in house baker. We also offer light bites such as filled breakfast rolls, homemade wholesome soups and a range of fresh open sandwiches made to order.
Our signature Afternoon Tea is also available and includes a choice of sandwiches, scones and cakes accompanied by teas, coffee or for a special treat, why not add a glass of bubbly!
The Lobby
Our lobby is a lovely area for a warm cup of tea or coffee and a bite to eat.
In the colder months, our cosy fire heats the room. We also offer take-away coffees and sandwiches for those on the move!
